| Cover notes
| InterNEDI can send cover notes on their own or with other files, to remote sites who need it. You can ensure that this info WILL be read as it stays on screen until it has been read, even if staff are not present during transfers, and only return the next morning !

| Update only
| If desired, files from Head Office need only be fetched by a remote site if they are new. Thus staff won't have to read the same message over and over again.

| Security
| If necessary, files sent from one site can be hidden from all other sites. Only Head Office then sees and downloads them. If one site sends to another site, only the receiving site (and Head Office) sees the file.
| Keep branch sales figures (for instance) secret from each other, and stop branches accidentally (or maybe intentionally !) deleting other branch's data.

| Queueing
| If Head Office is offline for a few days, files will queue up and not be overwritten by later ones.
| If branches always send the same file name, later files do not have to overwrite earlier ones. They can remain, and then later be received singly, in date order, or all at once.

| Connection
| Dial-up is included for those sites that are not networked. We provide local and international dial-ups. If you are using your own network to connect, and it goes down, InterNEDI can automatically swap to dial-up.
